Professional potter Jack Holt, brings expertise and a passion for teaching to The Studio.
Whether you're new to throwing clay or have the desire to build with clay by hand, you'll have the freedom to explore various pottery techniques and styles tailored to your individual interests and goals. Jack embraces a flexible learning approach with his open-ended assignments. Whether you're drawn to functional pottery, sculptural forms, or experimental designs, this class supports your creative exploration.

Collaboration fosters a rich learning environment, where ideas and inspiration thrive. Be prepared to engage in a supportive studio environment by learning from fellow students, and celebrate each other's progress. You'll also benefit from Jack's one on one attention as you work towards achieving your self-set goals.

Pottery made in this class will be kiln fired twice. Pieces will be fired to bisque, then painted/glazed and fired once again to their finished state. Your pieces will be ready to bring home after the final firing.

Class fee includes all supplies; clay and glazes, use of tools and firing fees. We offer the option to purchase more clay through The Studio if desired.

Adult Pottery February & March 2025, $200/4 week sessions.
